How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, please go to the "Get A Quote" page, complete, and submit the form. Alternately, you can email us directly at CountyRoadHats@gmail.com
Once your order has been approved, we will create an invoice and "Custom Product" item in our Shop for you to select and pay directly on the website.
Can I personalize a product in your Shop?
We would be happy to help you with your personalization! Be sure to include your personalization requests when you place an order from our shop. We will reach out to clarify any questions we may have. Alternately, you can email us directly at CountyRoadHats@gmail.com
Order Confirmation
Once you have completed payment for your order you will be assigned an order number which will appear on the payment confirmation screen. You will also receive an email confirming your order. If you did not receive this email please check your junk mail folder.
Cancellation & Return Policy
We only accept returns on non-custom products. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. For custom work, once your order goes into production it cannot be cancelled due to the personalization of your order. To cancel an order contact us directly at CountyRoadHats@gmail.com. Please include your order number. Refund will be made to original form of payment.
What is your estimated turn around time?
Custom Orders generally take 2-4 weeks to completion. Each order will vary due to digitizing, choosing hat style, and the final sew out.
Is there a minimum order?
Normally, custom orders have a minimum order of 12. Unless we have the hat in stock, anything less would be priced more due to shipping costs.
What is a digitizing fee and how much does it cost?
If your design to be embroidered entails more than simple wording, the artwork must be digitized on our software to run on the embroidery machine.
This is a one-time only fee.
Fees are as follows:
Designs up to 8 inches: $20-$30
over 8 inches $40-$50
No fee for simple wording / lettering already in the program
Digitizing can take up 2-5 Business days
Do you have a storefront?
No. We operate out of our home in Liberty Hill, TX.
Products are custom-made to order.
How can I get my flat item to you to be embroidered?
Customer provided flat items can ship the item(s) directly to our home or if local, we may be able to work out a time to meet / drop off.
